Ni Coating Our company offers two types of coatings: electrophoretic coating and chemical coating. Nickel-coated products are applied in a resin bond system. Generally, 30wt%, 55wt%, or 60wt% is used for electrophoretic nickel coating.

Cu Coating (Copper Coating) Suitable for soft bond applications. The copper coating layer reduces high-temperature corrosion through the retention of diamond abrasives, effectively extending the tool's lifespan.

Ti Coating (Titanium Coating) The titanium coating layer enhances the retention of synthetic diamond abrasives in the bond matrix, mitigates thermal shock, prevents oxidation and graphitization of the diamond abrasives, and extends the product's lifespan.

Cr Coating (Chrome Coating) Chrome has excellent wettability and affinity, allowing it to form chromium carbide on the surface of diamond abrasive grains through sintering.
