Ni Coating Our company offers two types of coatings: electrodeposition coating and chemical coating. Nickel-coated products are applied in a resin bond system. Generally, electrodeposited nickel coating is done at 30wt%, 55wt%, or 60wt%.

Cr Coating (Chrome Coating) Chrome has excellent wettability and affinity, allowing it to form chromium carbide on the surface of diamond abrasives through sintering. This chromium carbide enhances the retention of diamond abrasives and increases the bonding strength between the abrasives and the bond. Subsequently, the chrome coating improves the strength and corrosion resistance of the diamond abrasives.
