The conductor is a flexible printed circuit board (FPC) with three or more layers, and since all layers are made of polyimide, there is no difference in the thermal characteristics of the materials, providing high through-hole connectivity. Because the substrate and cable are integrated, connectors for connections are unnecessary, allowing for adoption in narrow spaces, which enables miniaturization, lightweight design, and thinness of the equipment.
