This is a flexible printed circuit board (FPC) with conductor patterns on both sides centered around a base film, allowing the circuits on the back side to be connected through through-hole plating. Compared to single-sided flexible printed circuit boards (FPC), it enables more complex wiring. Additionally, components can be mounted on both sides, allowing for efficient use of space. Fine surface-mounted components can be mounted without a reinforcement plate. Furthermore, micro-sized via holes are now commonly used, and blind via holes have become mainstream for enhancing area efficiency and improving manufacturing efficiency.
