The grinding coolant filtration product, Stretch Filter, is a long-lasting filter that maintains a filtration precision of 10μ or less, regardless of the material of the workpiece (magnetic, non-magnetic, or abrasive). Sludge accumulates from the bottom, and its weight causes the filter element to extend. This increases the filtration area while preventing a decrease in the flow rate of the coolant liquid. The filter case is transparent, making it easy to check the collection of sludge. Additionally, a red line indicating the replacement guideline is marked on the case, simplifying the understanding of the filter replacement cycle. Its simple structure allows for one-touch replacement of the filter even while in operation. Furthermore, it has been designed to be lightweight, making it easy to place on a cart, and it can be used offline for continuous cleaning of the tank. Depending on the specified flow rate, the unit can be installed in parallel with 1 to 4 units.
