Inside the MCN pot, MCN balls are used as a medium, and wet crushing, mixing, dispersion, and reactions are carried out using a vibrating mill and pot mill for experimental research. Both the MCN pot and MCN balls are made of nylon, and since they are organic materials, they will volatilize during the firing process when mixed with inorganic materials, ultimately not becoming impurities. The MCN balls contain metal balls to increase their specific gravity. The MCN ball mill uses MCN balls as a medium within a nylon body to perform wet crushing, mixing, dispersion, and reactions. Since both the body and the medium are made entirely of nylon, there is no contamination from inorganic materials. We also offer models with gearboxes. For small capacity pots, please use the pot rotation stand. We standardly offer three models: single-layer with two pots, double-layer with two pots, and double-layer with three pots. Pots with a diameter of up to φ300 can be used. We also provide cantilever-type ball mills that facilitate the rationalization of raw material input and output.
