Automatic Cleaning of Steamers This shows the automatic cleaning of steamers using our company's unique rotating nozzle. In this case, the nozzle moves back and forth while cleaning the steamer on the conveyor. The straight nozzle rotates and effectively removes dirt and grease from the steamer. Since the nozzle rotates using the water pressure from the spray, it has a simple structure and is almost maintenance-free. Additionally, it is also possible to manufacture conveyor-type automatic cleaning devices using multiple rotating nozzles.

Container and Steamer Automatic Cleaning Device This is a simple automatic cleaning device for containers and steamers using our high-pressure hot water cleaning machine. It powerfully removes dirt and grease from containers and steamers with high-pressure cleaning using 80°C hot water and a rotating nozzle, followed by blowing. It can process continuously, making it very effective, and when not in use, it can be easily moved and stored by two people (or one person). The example shown is the cleaning of steamers at a processing plant of a fishing cooperative. The high-pressure hot water cleaning machine is also used for cleaning dryers, various equipment, and floors.

High-pressure piping An example of installing a high-pressure washer outdoors and setting up multiple high-pressure outlets within the factory. In many cases, manual or automatic retractable hose reels are installed on walls or floors. This example is from a meat processing center, and all areas except this room (refrigerated room) use automatic hose reels.

Container cleaning at the fishing port Containers used at the fishing cooperative's landing site are cleaned daily. They are washed with a high-pressure hot water cleaner, and our high-pressure hot water model is appreciated for its very stable injection temperature, allowing for efficient cleaning. If the injection temperature is unstable, it can lead to uneven cleaning results, but with our cleaning machine, there is no need to worry about such issues.

Pipe Cleaning Cleaning various types of piping interiors can be easily done using a pipe cleaning nozzle. With a snake nozzle, it can follow bends to a certain extent. If the pipe diameter is 100 mm, it can follow bends that are close to right angles. In the case of a type that sprays high-pressure water backward, it can also move on its own due to the spraying force, making the cleaning process very easy.
