Ocean Series Cold Water High Pressure Washer A lineup of models with various capabilities to suit different applications. For washing large vehicles and construction machinery, models with a water flow rate of 1300 L/H or more are recommended. The cleaning pump is compatible with hot water, so if hot water can be supplied externally, it can also be used as a high-pressure hot water washer.

Naruto 1100 Series High-pressure hot water cleaning machine series with a water flow rate of 1100 L/H. There are models 1105 with a water pressure of 11 MPa and 1175 with 14 MPa. The high-pressure cleaners from Sumoto are designed to maximize cleaning power by maintaining a balance between water pressure and water flow rate. Cleaning power is determined by the water flow rate (density) multiplied by the water pressure (flow velocity). No matter how high the water pressure is raised, if the water volume does not accompany it, the impact force cannot be expected, and the thermal loss after spraying will also increase significantly. For this reason, Sumoto products achieve the best cleaning power by considering this balance.

Vehicle Undercarriage Cleaning Unit The vehicle undercarriage can be cleaned simply by passing over the unit. The unit is embedded in a groove, so there is no worry about damage from vehicles. With paired straight injection nozzles that rotate horizontally, it removes mud and grease from the vehicle's undercarriage with powerful cleaning force. Additionally, in winter, it can effectively remove snow and de-icing agents. There is also a side cleaning unit for the vehicle body that can be easily installed. Sandblasting The image shows rust that has formed on a steel plate being sandblasted. The machine used is HWV-1175E, which sprayed the media with a water pressure of 14 MPa and hot water at 80°C. The reason for using hot water is to accelerate the drying of moisture after blasting, and during the summer, moisture evaporates very quickly.
