This is a mouth finishing machine immediately after blow molding. It removes burrs from the mouth and processes the surface uniformly. Additionally, it prevents burrs generated during processing from mixing into the container by using air blow from the drill.

1) The bottles are manually supplied horizontally to the fixture. 2) The product's mouth is clamped, and the inner diameter and end face are machined with a drill. 3) Necessary parts for each product: product receiving platform, clamping fixture, drill. 4) The machine operation is motor-driven, and there are no air-driven components. (Air usage: internal air cleaning of the bottles) Automatic insertion of containers can also be performed as an option.
