Processing capacity of 500 kg/day. This food waste treatment machine, developed in collaboration with Tohoku University, excels in decomposition sustainability through the Acidro Composting method. It decomposes most of the food waste inputted in a single day. Case Study of Plant Factory Installation: Commercial Food Waste Processor Bio Clean BC-500 Model At Chiba University’s Plant Factory Project, the commercial food waste processor Bio Clean was introduced for the decomposition and composting of tomato residues (stems and fruits) grown in the plant factory. The compost made from decomposed tomatoes becomes fertilizer with components suitable for tomato growth, achieving the recycling of tomato residues.

When organic waste is added, the stirring rod rotates and stirs while heating the microbial substrate, promoting the decomposition of the organic waste by microorganisms.
