Using the gain adjustment mode of the setup support software allows for even more optimal adjustments. It features an automatic oscillation suppression function that automatically reduces gain when the servo becomes unstable, minimizing equipment damage. Modes tailored for vertical axes and high friction (such as belts) are also available. Simple optimal adjustments can be made with just mode selection and stiffness selection.

We developed new manufacturing methods for both small and large motors, and by designing a new core, we succeeded in miniaturization. Along with the newly developed small encoder, we were able to achieve a weight reduction of 10 to 25% (1 to 6 kg) for large motors over 1 kW compared to conventional models.
