This material is a type of fluororubber (type 3) that has been designed to reduce phenomena such as the stickiness and adhesion characteristic of rubber materials, as well as gas release, to a certain extent while providing high vacuum resistance. It also possesses excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance, including resistance to strong acids and steam.
