Features of Sera Armor Coating ● It has passed safety tests under the Food Sanitation Act and U.S. FDA (Food and Drug Administration). ● Non-toxic and harmless It does not contain heavy metals or VOCs (volatile organic compounds). It does not emit toxic substances like PFOA during use. ● Non-stick properties It exhibits excellent resistance to sticking. ● Forms a high-hardness coating It has a pencil hardness of 5H to 9H, and metal spatulas can be used. ● Contributes to energy savings It generates far-infrared rays, allowing for uniform heat transfer. ● Antibacterial properties Antibacterial effectiveness has been verified through the Z-2801 antibacterial test. It is resistant to dirt and suppresses the growth of bacteria. ● Heat and cold resistance There are no abnormalities during continuous use under conditions ranging from -50°C to +500°C. ● Weather resistance and corrosion resistance In outdoor exposure tests (30 years), it maintained over 98% gloss. ● Low baking temperature There is no need for high-temperature baking like fluoropolymers (below 180°C), allowing for a wide selection of compatible materials.
