Simultaneous cutting and pressing processing! A significant cost reduction of 80%!
Achieved through high-difficulty processing know-how! Simultaneous processing of the tip with precision molds and large presses during press processing eliminates the need for post-processing steps. There are examples of reducing processing costs by about 80% due to the elimination of setup and cutting processes! This realizes overwhelming cost reductions. Furthermore, it significantly shortens lead times, and eliminates the need for chips and cutting oil associated with cutting processes, improving the work environment! It is a processing method that is friendly to both the environment and workers.

basic information
Traditionally, cutting processes were performed to trim the tips of processed products after press processing. By innovating the mold used during the press processing, we can perform this trimming simultaneously with the pressing. Therefore, the process remains almost the same as before, and the subsequent cutting process becomes unnecessary. While cutting processes allow for precise machining, they also have the drawback of being cumbersome to attach to the machine before processing and requiring a long processing time. Eliminating these steps enables a significant reduction in man-hours and shortens lead times. Furthermore, since the cutting process-specific chips and cutting oils are no longer needed, the working environment remains clean. This also reduces the environmental impact associated with the disposal of those materials.

Our strength lies in our ability to support customers from the product planning stage, leveraging the know-how we have cultivated over approximately 30 years of press processing. We have around 500 types of processed sample products available to meet individual customer requests. Additionally, we continuously gather information not only on press processing technology but also on materials, plating, and painting, allowing us to provide better proposals. Furthermore, by obtaining the ISO 9001 international quality standard and standardizing our internal operations, we achieve stable quality.
