Discover the excellent properties of fluororesin coatings, and Shine Craft will solve your problems!
The characteristics of fluoropolymer resin include "non-stick" properties that make it difficult for things to adhere, a "low friction coefficient" that allows for easy sliding, "electrical properties" such as anti-static and electrostatic prevention, "heat resistance" that allows for use in a wide range from 260°C to -260°C, "non-wettability" that repels water and oil, and "chemical resistance" that prevents erosion by chemical solutions. Additionally, materials that can be coated with fluoropolymer resin include various metals such as aluminum, iron, stainless steel, copper, and brass, as well as a variety of other materials like glass, ceramics, rubber, and plastics. We are also increasing our processing achievements with materials that have been difficult to process in the past, such as silicone rubber, ceramics, and plastics, by using our special undercoating treatment. There may still be a chance for "that material" you were about to give up on. ◆ Regarding Inquiries ◆ When making an inquiry, it would be helpful to provide the following information for a smoother process: 1. The properties of the substrate to be coated (material, shape, size, etc.) 2. The purpose of the coating (e.g., non-stick, chemical resistance, slip properties, etc.) 3. Usage conditions (e.g., temperature, chemicals, wear conditions, etc.) * If possible, providing drawings would be helpful for estimating and calculations.

basic information
○Non-stick property Fluoropolymer coatings have the characteristic of being difficult for most substances to adhere to. ○Low friction coefficient PTFE, FEP, PFA, and modified fluoropolymers have a very low friction coefficient. ○Electrical properties Fluoropolymers possess the best electrical properties among all plastics. ○Heat resistance PTFE and PFA coatings not only have heat resistance but also excel in low-temperature properties, allowing for a wide range of use from 260°C to -260°C, and can be used up to 310°C for short periods. ○Non-wettability The surface of fluoropolymers repels both oil and water, so it does not get wet from most solutions used in industrial operations, making surfaces coated with fluoropolymers nearly free from dirt. ○Chemical resistance Fluoropolymers are resistant to almost all chemicals; however, in the case of coatings, the thinness of the film can lead to the occurrence of pinholes, and when used with highly permeable chemicals, penetration can become a significant issue. For corrosion resistance, thicker coatings of FEP and PFA are suitable, and modified fluoropolymers can also be used for certain chemicals. PTFE is not suitable for corrosion resistance as it cannot avoid pinholes.

Applications/Examples of results
○Mold: The efficiency of work is improved by applying fluorine coating to molds for resin and rubber forming, utilizing their non-stick properties. ○Table: There are significant benefits as it protects the substrate from chemicals and heat, and reduces the time required for cleaning. ○Piston Rod: It is possible to enhance the sliding properties of piston rods inside punches, extending their lifespan. ○Bolt and Nut: It is also recommended to apply fluorine processing to bolts and nuts that are prone to corrosion, taking advantage of their corrosion resistance.
