Despite their high initial and running costs, these setups typically only allow for a maximum of 0.5% oxygen, and in many cases, can only reach and maintain around 2%. The low-oxygen culture kit enables easy, convenient, rapid, and low-cost low-oxygen culturing. By using gas barrier pouches and gas concentration adjusting agents, it allows for the adjustment of the desired O2 concentration within a range of 0.1% to 15% during cultivation.

Applications/Examples of results
1. Place the "O2 meter" deep inside the "gas barrier pouch" and position a petri dish filled with culture medium right next to it. 2. Open the aluminum bag of the "gas concentration adjusting agent," take out the inner bag, and place it near the entrance along line A in the diagram below. 3. Seal line B using a "clip," and the O2 inside the pouch will be absorbed in just a few minutes, creating a low-oxygen environment. 4. Monitor the scale of the O2 meter, and when it approaches the desired O2 concentration after several minutes, replace the air inside the petri dish with the air inside the pouch. After that, if the O2 concentration drops slightly below the desired level, seal line A with a clip to stop O2 absorption. 5. If the O2 concentration inside the pouch becomes too high or too low compared to the desired concentration, some additional operations will be necessary. Please consult us. 6.
