ADS Biotec, based in the United States, conducted experiments in collaboration with the Transcriptomics Laboratory at the National Cancer Institute in Milan, Italy, and released a white paper titled "Utilization of the HANABI AVATAR Organoid Culture Kit in Mimicking the Structural, Chemical, and Physiological Aspects of Organs." The performance of the HANABI AVATAR colorectal organoid culture kit produced by the company was compared with that of laboratory-manufactured media in co-culture tests. ❏ Sample Organoids from three different patient-derived colorectal cancer conditions (adenoma, colorectal cancer, metastasis) were used. ❏ Improved Proliferation Performance In long-term cultures of each of the three conditions, the HANABI AVATAR culture kit produced more organoids than the laboratory-manufactured media. ❏ Reproducibility and Reliability Culturing with HANABI AVATAR promoted proliferation while maintaining equivalent expression of adenoma markers and colorectal markers. ❏ Cost and Labor Reduction Improvements in media performance shortened culture time, reducing the costs and labor associated with culturing.
