Timegate Raman Spectroscopy Rental Program Launch

The elimination of the effects of fluorescence, which has been difficult with conventional Raman spectroscopy, is achieved through Timegate's unique picosecond time-resolved technology. Analysis of biological samples and materials with strong fluorescent backgrounds will be possible with unprecedented clarity. Timegate's Timegated Raman technology solves the challenges of traditional Raman spectroscopy. Rental of Timegate Raman spectrometers has begun! We support non-destructive and high-speed analysis of biological materials, battery materials, polymers, and pharmaceuticals. We are accepting rentals of Timegate Raman spectrometers and are also looking for agents.

November 5 Webinar "Application of a 3D In Vitro Model of Human Normal Oral Mucosa in Medical Biological Research"

In recent years, three-dimensional cell culture methods, represented by tissue organoids, have gained attention as a way to replicate the in vivo environment that is considered difficult to achieve with traditional two-dimensional cell cultures. Additionally, three-dimensional culture methods also have advantages as alternatives to animal experiments. In this seminar, we will first explain how three-dimensional culture techniques, which are challenging to replicate in traditional two-dimensional cultures, can mimic the complex structures and physiological environments of human tissues, thereby improving the accuracy and efficiency of research. Next, primarily using videos, the instructor will introduce the process of establishing primary cultures of human oral mucosal cells, which they routinely perform, and how to create a normal oral mucosa three-dimensional in vitro model using these cells. This method also allows for applications in oral cancer cell research. Examples of applications in cancer research conducted in the instructor's lab will also be presented. Finally, we hope to engage in discussions with participating researchers and technicians about the potential of three-dimensional culture techniques in oral mucosa research and their applications in the development of treatments for oral cancer and oral diseases.

Released a white paper on the utilization of the HANABI AVATAR organoid culture kit from ADS Biotec.

Organoids have become an essential tool in modern biomedical research, contributing to advancements in drug discovery, disease modeling, and personalized medicine. ADS Biotec, based in the United States, conducted experiments in collaboration with the Transcriptomics Laboratory at the National Cancer Institute in Milan, Italy, and released a white paper titled "Utilization of the HANABI AVATAR Organoid Culture Kit in Mimicking the Structural, Chemical, and Physiological Aspects of Organs." The performance of the HANABI AVATAR colorectal organoid culture kit produced by the company was compared to that of lab-manufactured media in co-culture tests. ❏ Samples Organoids from three different pathologies of patient-derived colorectal cancer (adenoma, colorectal cancer, metastasis) were used. ❏ Improved Proliferation Performance In long-term cultures of each of the three pathologies, the HANABI AVATAR culture kit produced more organoids than the lab-manufactured media. ❏ Reproducibility and Reliability Culturing with HANABI AVATAR promoted proliferation while maintaining equivalent expression of adenoma markers and colorectal markers. ❏ Cost and Labor Reduction Improvements in media performance shortened culture times, reducing costs and labor associated with culturing.
