Our company will utilize an odor sensor based on membrane-type surface stress sensors (MSS) to detect odors generated during microbial culture, enabling monitoring of the cultivation conditions. By measuring odors, it becomes possible to understand microbial growth non-contact without sampling from the culture medium.
