Set the glass cloth in the mold, and then inject epoxy resin while applying a vacuum (vacuum impregnation) and cure it with heat. This process prevents the formation of air bubbles (voids) inside, resulting in excellent insulation reliability. The materials come in the shapes of "tubes" and "plates." "Rods" are also produced by machining from plates.
