By simply pouring various grains and seeds from the sample cup into the main unit, the high-frequency capacitance of the sample is detected, and mass correction is performed by the mass meter to convert it into moisture content. The calibration curves for various samples listed in the attached "Sample List" are saved in memory, allowing for easy measurement of those samples by simply changing the sample number.
