This groundbreaking manufacturing method originated in Japan and is now recognized as one of the necessary techniques for producing plastic prototypes. 【Features】 ○ This method is not suitable for mass production and is applied to the production of a very small number of prototypes. ○ After the master model is completed, the creation of the silicone mold is finished in about 3 to 4 days. ○ It is now possible to mix various fillers. • No need for expensive molds that require significant budgets and lead times. • Testing and evaluation can be conducted under conditions equivalent to MC Nylon PA6. • The quantity can be adjusted based on product conditions of Nylon Plus (30% glass filler, 20% carbon filler). • Maximum dimensions approximately 800×750×350(mm) (product dimensions). • Maximum resin volume input amount: 4200g (including GF amount).
