What is vacuum casting? Vacuum casting is a method that uses a master model created through processes such as photopolymerization or machining to produce a silicone mold for replication. In a vacuum chamber, urethane resin is poured into the mold to replicate resin products. In vacuum casting, a vacuum state is created within the vacuum chamber, allowing the resin to flow into every corner of the mold, making it difficult for air bubbles to form. This method allows for the production of high-precision resin products in a very short time frame and at a low cost.
