Nippon Fluorine Industry has developed a heat exchanger with a fluororesin baked lining "NFX-7970" applied to all liquid and gas contact parts. Heat exchangers used in manufacturing equipment that require corrosion resistance and high purity have traditionally utilized fluororesin molded products that cannot withstand pressure or vacuum. The "NFX-7970" baked lining features a special specification that allows for the inner surface of narrow heat transfer tubes to be lined with high-purity fluororesin, capable of withstanding both positive and negative pressure.
