[SFP・In-band management capable] 10/100Base-T to 100Base-X (SFP) media converter (with DIP switch)
The FRM220-10/100IS-D is a media converter from 10/100Base-TX to 100Base-FX. With its in-band management feature, it is ideal for applications such as metro LAN, campus, enterprise, and FTTx. It has an SFP (hot-swappable optical transmission module) slot, allowing for the replacement of optical modules while powered on, even in the event of a module failure. It can be used as an optical converter module in the FRM220-CH20 chassis, enabling remote management of various settings such as bandwidth control, duplexing, and speed, as well as monitoring the status of links and power through in-band management. Additionally, it is possible to manage the system collectively via a web GUI or SNMP using the separately sold FRM220-CH20 chassis and NMC.
