Connecting Tansaku Products into Hoop Shape Products that are limited to a rectangular shape for various reasons (e.g., products made by electroforming) require specialized equipment and also increase processing costs. Therefore, we propose connecting the rectangular pieces to form a hoop shape. The method involves punching both ends of the product, fitting them together, and then laser welding. Additionally, by creatively designing the connection points as shown in the photo, we minimize any misalignment caused by the connection. With the above method, we have made continuous plating on a hoop line possible. It won't start unless you consult with us! Things we can do for you. Things only Ueda Plating can do.
