This device is a "battery alarm device" that allows for easy monitoring and alarming of abnormal temperatures in batteries by attaching a temperature sensing wire to the battery and connecting it to a small alarm panel. The temperature sensing wire is structured by combining numerous shape memory alloys at equal intervals on an extended electric wire, and when the surrounding temperature reaches the set temperature (70°C), the two wires short-circuit to generate a temperature sensing signal. The temperature detection sensor integrates a shape memory alloy with the wire, utilizing the softening of the wire and the restoration of the shape memory alloy to create a short circuit (contact) between the two wire cores, thereby detecting the maximum allowable temperature and generating a signal. The set temperature corresponds to the maximum allowable temperature of the wire (70°C). 3. The maximum allowable temperature is the temperature at which the insulation of the wire rapidly deteriorates. Therefore, detecting the maximum allowable temperature indicates the detection of abnormal temperatures in the wire. 4. Mounted on the outer wall of the storage battery, it detects abnormal heat (abnormal temperatures) due to internal short circuits, external short circuits, or external overheating, and alerts through alarms to prevent fires caused by ignition or explosion. 5. For example, when abnormal heat (abnormal temperature) occurs in a storage battery, the temperature detection sensor mounted on the outer wall of the storage battery detects the abnormal temperature and alerts through alarms. 6. In this way, it is possible to continuously monitor the abnormal heat (abnormal temperature) of the storage battery and the abnormal temperatures of the wires and electrical equipment in the charging/discharging circuit of the storage battery system, thereby preventing equipment damage and fires.
