■Overview of Battery Abnormal Temperature Alarm
1. Connect the alarm to the temperature sensing wire using a connector. The alarm consists of an electronic buzzer, a pin switch, and a battery. The pin switch is equipped with a strap and serves as the test switch for the electronic buzzer.
【Note】1. The temperature sensing wire is a product that combines numerous shape memory alloys at equal intervals on an extended wire. (Set temperature: 80°C) It is a product that attaches multiple temperature memory sensors to the wire.
【Note】2. When the surrounding temperature reaches 80°C, the wire softens, and the shape memory alloy binds the wire (restores), short-circuiting the two wires to sense the temperature and generate a signal.
2. Attach the temperature sensing wire to the outer wall of each battery or the power line to detect abnormal heating (abnormal temperature) due to internal short circuits, external short circuits, or external overheating, and alert through the alarm to prevent fires caused by ignition or explosion.
(Reference): Use cable clips, zip ties, spiral tubes, plastic bonds, etc., to attach the temperature sensing wire.
3. For example, when an abnormal temperature occurs in each battery, the temperature memory sensor of the temperature sensing wire attached to the outer wall of the battery or the power line detects the abnormal temperature and alerts through the alarm.
4. In this way, the abnormal temperature of the battery can be continuously monitored on a daily basis.
