Battery alarm system

This device is a "battery alarm device" that allows for easy monitoring and alarming of abnormal temperatures in batteries by attaching a temperature sensing wire to the battery and connecting it to a small alarm panel. The temperature sensing wire is structured by combining numerous shape memory alloys at equal intervals on an extended electric wire, and when the surrounding temperature reaches the set temperature (70°C), the two wires short-circuit to generate a temperature sensing signal. It is a temperature sensor-equipped wire that can be easily installed by extending it, employing eco-technology with zero standby power for the switching function that anyone can easily operate. ■Overview of Temperature Detection Sensor for Storage Batteries 1. This is a product with a temperature detection sensor connected by a wire. It is connected using crimp sleeves or connectors. 2. The temperature detection sensor integrates a shape memory alloy with the wire, utilizing the softening of the wire and the restoration of the shape memory alloy to create a short circuit (contact) between the two wire cores, thereby detecting the maximum allowable temperature and generating a signal. The set temperature corresponds to the maximum allowable temperature of the wire (70°C). 3. The maximum allowable temperature is the temperature at which the insulation of the wire rapidly deteriorates. Therefore, detecting the maximum allowable temperature indicates the detection of abnormal temperatures in the wire. 4. Mounted on the outer wall of the storage battery, it detects abnormal heat (abnormal temperatures) due to internal short circuits, external short circuits, or external overheating, and alerts through alarms to prevent fires caused by ignition or explosion. 5. For example, when abnormal heat (abnormal temperature) occurs in a storage battery, the temperature detection sensor mounted on the outer wall of the storage battery detects the abnormal temperature and alerts through alarms. 6. In this way, it is possible to continuously monitor the abnormal heat (abnormal temperature) of the storage battery and the abnormal temperatures of the wires and electrical equipment in the charging/discharging circuit of the storage battery system, thereby preventing equipment damage and fires. Maintenance management can be conducted reliably and safely.

■Overview of Battery Abnormal Temperature Alarm 1. Connect the alarm to the temperature sensing wire using a connector. The alarm consists of an electronic buzzer, a pin switch, and a battery. The pin switch is equipped with a strap and serves as the test switch for the electronic buzzer. 【Note】1. The temperature sensing wire is a product that combines numerous shape memory alloys at equal intervals on an extended wire. (Set temperature: 80°C) It is a product that attaches multiple temperature memory sensors to the wire. 【Note】2. When the surrounding temperature reaches 80°C, the wire softens, and the shape memory alloy binds the wire (restores), short-circuiting the two wires to sense the temperature and generate a signal. 2. Attach the temperature sensing wire to the outer wall of each battery or the power line to detect abnormal heating (abnormal temperature) due to internal short circuits, external short circuits, or external overheating, and alert through the alarm to prevent fires caused by ignition or explosion. (Reference): Use cable clips, zip ties, spiral tubes, plastic bonds, etc., to attach the temperature sensing wire. 3. For example, when an abnormal temperature occurs in each battery, the temperature memory sensor of the temperature sensing wire attached to the outer wall of the battery or the power line detects the abnormal temperature and alerts through the alarm. 4. In this way, the abnormal temperature of the battery can be continuously monitored on a daily basis.
