The arbitrary waveform generator SDG5000 series is a two-channel output device that utilizes the latest DDS technology. It has a higher bandwidth than the SDG1000 series, with a sampling rate of 500 Ms/s. It offers six standard output waveforms and features a larger 4.3-inch screen. It includes nine diverse modulation functions and boasts excellent performance with high frequency stability of 2 ppm and low phase noise of -116 dBc/Hz.
