★☆────────────────────────────── We created a small transfer device and conducted a transfer test to confirm release properties. ──────────────────────────────★☆ We prepared hot melt adhesive in the lower tray and arranged the heat roller, transfer roller, and nip roller in that order from the bottom, assembling them to rotate in unison. The transfer tests were conducted using two types of rollers: a standard silicone rubber roller and a newly developed high-release roller. * The heat roller is made of metal and has a built-in heater, with dot-shaped indentations inserted at regular intervals for easy confirmation of transfer. * The inside of the transfer roller is hollow, allowing water to circulate for cooling. ＿＿＿＿＿＿ ★ Results ★ ￣￣￣￣￣￣ With the standard silicone rubber roller, the release did not proceed smoothly and got caught up, but with the high-release roller, we were able to achieve a clean transfer, to the extent that the dots carved into the heat roller were visible.
