Process 2: Perform torque tightening for the remaining few rotations at the recommended rotation speed. The rotation angle can be set in 10-degree increments from 0 to 18,000 degrees, making it suitable for long screws. Example: M2 × Pitch 0.4 × Length 20mm → 20 / 0.4 × 360 = 18,000 degrees If the seating occurs before the set angle in Process 1, an error can be detected. By detecting the error, it is possible to prevent screw selection mistakes.

The screw tightening process exists, but because it is being tightened with an air driver, it is not possible to manage the specified torque. Since multiple models flow through the line in one process, several drivers are prepared for the work. In response to such environments, this product allows for the setting of seven types of torque in advance on the controller, enabling torque control with a single driver and a switch. Normally, there is a torque check process as a subsequent step to this manual work, but by using this product, it is possible to eliminate this process, which is expected to increase production numbers. Additionally, since the exchange of these signals can be managed on the line (PLC), it is possible to identify where malfunctions frequently occur, such as issues with molds, providing the benefit of product management. Typically, multiple drivers are used in one process, but when using our controller and driver, torque control for seven types can be achieved with just one. Furthermore, when switching the line, if a signal is set from the PLC side, it will switch to the specified torque, preventing the operator from making mistakes in tightening torque.
