High-speed screw tightening case study for long screws <Materials available>

Introducing methods that contribute to reducing screw tightening time. Preventing torque overrun with stable torque accuracy.

We are currently offering a document that introduces examples of high-speed screw tightening using our precision electric screwdriver 'HI-MATIC / SD-1500MF' for long screws. By linking this product with the controller "CT-FG," we perform angle-setting screw tightening focused on high-speed rotation until just before seating. From just before seating, we carry out screw tightening with a rotation speed setting according to the torque. This allows for screw tightening with high speed and stable torque accuracy, making it effective for fine screws and long screws over 10mm in length. [Screw Tightening Example] ■ Screw: M3 × Pitch 0.5mm × Length 30mm ■ Set Torque: 0.145N·m ■ Screw Tightening Time: Reduced to approximately 4.2 seconds *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
