Since multiple models flow through the line in one process, several drivers are prepared for the work. In response to such environments, this product allows for the setting of seven types of torque in advance on the controller, enabling torque control with a single driver and a switch. Normally, there is a torque check process as a subsequent step to this manual work, but by using this product, it is possible to eliminate this process, which is expected to increase production numbers. Additionally, since the exchange of these signals can be managed on the line (PLC), it is possible to identify where malfunctions frequently occur, such as issues with molds, providing the benefit of product management. Typically, multiple drivers are used in one process, but when using our controller and driver, torque control for seven types can be achieved with just one. Furthermore, when switching the line, if a signal is set from the PLC side, it will switch to the specified torque, preventing the operator from making mistakes in tightening torque.
