We dispatch engineers to a wide range of technical needs, including product development and design departments, production technology departments, and IT departments. We have a contract design department, allowing you to entrust us with projects on a unit basis. Depending on the nature of the work requested, we will approach it with the optimal structure from dispatch, contracting (outsourcing), or commissioned work. For small-scale support during the startup phase, we can provide dispatch, and as the need for additional personnel arises, we can transition to contracting. We can also add external commissioned design through the handling of dispatched engineers, offering flexible proposals tailored to the phase and volume of the project. *Tools we use: 2D and 3D CAD, circuit CAD 3. All our engineers are full-time employees. All engineers assigned to your company's operations are full-time employees with no fixed term of employment. Through collaboration with our group companies (including 10 technical centers nationwide in the Tohoku, Kanto, and Tokai regions), we support your manufacturing with optimal personnel selection and implementation locations from a pool of 800 engineers nationwide.
