[Demo available] Mixed gas for hydrogen cutting "Hydrocut 60・90"
Environmentally friendly cutting hydrogen mixed gas Hydrocut
A clean cutting gas that replaces acetylene and LPG. It can suppress backfire, reduce slag during cutting, and achieve over 80% reduction in CO2 emissions! It is also effective for heatstroke prevention in summer!
Hydrocut is a gas that mixes hydrogen, a clean energy source, with ethylene. It can be used for cutting various steel materials, brazing, bending, distortion correction, chipping, and gouging, just like traditional acetylene and LPG. It also contributes to cost reduction. ■ "Safety" - Less likely to cause backfire (on galvanized steel sheets, rusty plates, etc.) - Lighter than air, making it less likely to accumulate - No self-decomposing explosions ■ "Environmental Impact" - Low radiant heat helps prevent heatstroke in workers during summer or long hours of work - CO2 emissions can be reduced by 87% compared to acetylene and by 90% compared to LPG ■ "Workability" - Produces less soot, making it less likely for the torch to clog, keeping the workspace clean and reducing maintenance frequency - Gas can be extracted regardless of outside temperature - Quality of cutting surfaces and cutting capability for high-tensile steel is equivalent to acetylene (reducing slag and distortion, preventing the cutting edge from burning) - Concentrated flame results in less distortion and burning - Supply is possible with medium-sized gathering containers (cardles), which was not feasible with acetylene 【Demonstrations are also available】 *All necessary equipment will be provided!
