This device is a resin lens gate cutting machine that applies our cutting technology. It automates the entire process from removing resin lenses from the molding machine, gate cutting, palletizing onto trays, to runner discharge. Equipped with servo motors for individual control of the upper and lower blades, it offers high repeat positioning accuracy, and position and speed control commands can be easily operated via a touch panel.
