Pentel's Mechanical Design Department is an automatic machine manufacturer. With experience in building in-house equipment, we have provided approximately 2,000 sets of equipment across various fields such as automotive and medical.

Business Activities
We have developed the SCARA-type robot "PUHA" (the world's first commercialization at that time) based on the needs for in-house equipment, and we manufacture and sell automatic assembly machines for precision parts and insert systems. We combine precision filling technology (for liquids, etc.) and precision image processing software and control technology with high-speed precision assembly machines to create a complete production line. (Mainly for production equipment for automotive parts, electronic components, medical parts, etc.) Additionally, we offer a variety of products tailored to customer needs, including precision injection molding molds and hand presses suitable for elongated and precision parts.
