Since its establishment in 1959, Seiei Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has supplied gas burners and industrial furnaces to various fields. Leveraging the "combustion technology" and "thermal utilization technology" developed during this time, we are working on the development of "hydrogen and ammonia combustion technology" and "low-carbon thermal equipment." At the "Thermal Technology Research Institute," we can conduct combustion tests of hydrogen gas burners, as well as tests for painting drying and aluminum melting using hydrogen combustion. Additionally, we can perform various tests to solve issues related to thermal equipment. It achieves low NOx combustion and uniform flame shape across the entire co-firing ratio. 【Features】 1. Zero CO₂ emissions during hydrogen-only combustion It can accommodate a flexible hydrogen co-firing ratio that contributes to decarbonization and low carbonization. 2. Hydrogen co-firing is possible by simply replacing existing burner parts By just replacing parts from the existing BJ burner body, it can be switched to a hydrogen co-firing combustion burner. 3. No need to replace parts when changing the co-firing ratio Since hydrogen, city gas, and combustion air are mixed prior to combustion, there is no concern about backfire or backflow, ensuring safety. Changing the co-firing ratio does not require part replacement, allowing preparation for future fuel supply. 4. Achieving both low NOx and stable combustion The NOx performance is comparable to city gas-only combustion across the entire co-firing ratio. It achieves both low NOx and stable combustion. 5. Compact and easy to maintain As a packaged burner, the piping and equipment are compactly arranged, and the structure allows for easy disassembly and cleaning.
