"Hydrogen combustion," considered a means of decarbonization, developed in collaboration with Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. and Tokyo Gas Engineering Solutions Co., Ltd.! A hydrogen gas burner based on the highly proven recuperative burner "STBW." 【Painting Drying Test Equipment】The hot air zone is now compatible with hydrogen combustion!

We are pleased to announce that hot air heating using a hydrogen burner has become possible in the hot air zone of the paint drying furnace (QCO)!

In our company's thermal technology research institute, we have a hybrid painting and drying test furnace (Quick Curing System: QCO) that can accommodate various sizes of workpieces, as well as a complete painting booth and guns! We can conduct various thermal equipment studies, including painting and drying. Additionally, we have recently made it possible to heat the hot air zone of the painting and drying furnace (QCO) using a hydrogen burner. With simple operation, it is possible to switch between LPG and hydrogen for combustion.

Ammonia Burner: A burner with an integrated heat exchanger that challenges ammonia combustion!

Successful stable combustion of ammonia combustion. Introducing a heat recovery burner with built-in heat exchanger! Contributing to decarbonization and low carbonization in high-temperature fields.

The "ammonia combustion burner," considered one means of decarbonization, has successfully achieved stable combustion in ammonia-only operation with Daigas Energy Co., Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of Osaka Gas Co., Ltd., using a heat exchanger-integrated waste heat recovery burner. It has also achieved a mixing ratio with city gas ranging from 0% to 100%, contributing to the decarbonization and low carbonization of high-temperature fields such as aluminum production. This burner can be used in industrial furnaces and thermal equipment that require high-temperature heat, including aluminum manufacturing processes (melting, holding, preheating) and heat treatment, as well as in the automotive and automotive parts manufacturing sectors. 【Features】 - Zero CO2 emissions during ammonia-only combustion - Achieves stable combustion in ammonia-only operation - Stable combustion with city gas mixing in the range of 0% to 100% - High efficiency, space-saving, and low-cost with a heat exchanger-integrated waste heat recovery design By developing a dedicated nozzle optimized for mixing fuel gas and air for ammonia co-combustion, stable combustion has been achieved across a wide ammonia mixing ratio of 0% to 100% at a combustion volume of 50 kW. It is possible to conduct aluminum melting tests using hydrogen combustion with ingot input. Please use it to verify the quality of the molten metal and its impact on the products. The melting gas burner employs a hydrogen burner and electric heaters for retention! It is a hybrid furnace that enables carbon neutrality. By exchanging burner components, you can switch between fuel gases (hydrogen/LNG (natural gas)/LPG), allowing for adaptability based on gas supply trends. Additionally, the furnace structure has a high oxide suppression effect, which you can verify in actual operation. We are committed to solving problems in aluminum casting sites and promoting low carbonization.
