A hydrogen gas burner based on the highly proven recuperative burner "STBW." Used in manufacturing processes/industrial furnaces that require high-temperature heat, such as aluminum alloy production (melting, holding, and preheating). 【Features】 □ Zero CO2 emissions during combustion due to dedicated hydrogen combustion □ Built-in waste heat recovery system reduces fuel usage by approximately 30%* □ No need for external heat exchangers as waste heat recovery is possible within the burner itself □ Low-cost and compact with a highly efficient combustion system □ Achieves both low NOx and stable combustion □ Hydrogen combustion can be achieved simply by replacing existing burner components □ Capable of dedicated city gas/natural gas combustion, allowing for adaptation to gas supply conditions (*Based on data from actual furnaces using natural gas) The STBW burner you are using can be converted to hydrogen combustion by replacing parts, allowing for evaluation tests on the impact of hydrogen on workpieces and verification of decarbonization. *Hydraulic equipment compatible with hydrogen combustion is required.
