MIZUP 203A Series (2-Piece Flanged Ball Valve)
No need to stop the production line; the grant section can be tightened while the piping remains in place! This is the MIZUP flange ball valve, which has a proven track record with many major manufacturers.
No matter how high-performance a ball valve is, maintenance is essential. Approximately 70% of that maintenance is related to the stem packing. However, this has been a troublesome issue due to the time and cost involved. Therefore, our company has developed a new product, the "203A Series," which simplifies maintenance. The 203A Series is a two-piece flanged ball valve. Its greatest feature is the reduction in repair time. There is no need to remove the handle or actuator; you simply need to tighten it while it is still piped. This avoids excessive tightening that could increase torque and extends the lifetime of the valve. Our assembly and packaging processes are conducted in a Class 10000 clean environment, following a highly efficient workflow established over 35 years of experience, with all steps meticulously managed under strict control. A leak test is performed on every product before shipment, and we also conduct our unique tests to ensure thorough quality control.
