In general, for partial Au plating with Ni/barrier specifications, mass production is carried out using commercially available drum plating equipment, Au plating solution for Ni barriers, and Au stripping solution for Ni barriers. Additionally, in BtoB, laser stripping is performed after plating. In this case, there were instances of area leakage. However, with our uniquely developed special partial plating mask method, mass production is possible using "standard plating solution" and "without a stripping process." By combining two uniquely developed mechanisms, the area of partial Au plating has become clearer. Furthermore, the clarification of the area has also led to cost reduction.
