【Structural Description】 ○ A chain is inserted into the tube. ○ By sliding it up and down (moving in an arc rather than vertically), the chain itself bounces, moving not only vertically but also horizontally and circumferentially. ○ Additionally, vibrations caused by the chain colliding with the inner wall of the tube help remove and prevent dust adhesion. ○ The flow velocity (air pressure) of the processing gas fluid flowing through the heat exchanger shakes the chain, potentially yielding unexpected effects. ○ The mechanism that moves the chain up and down converts the unidirectional rotational motion of a geared motor into an alternating motion that tilts the pipe holding the chain left and right by 30° each, thereby moving the chain up and down. ○ The rotation speed of the geared motor can be adjusted by an inverter (standard 60 rpm, adjustable between 30 to 90 rpm). ○ When set to standard, the chain moves up and down once per second. ○ A timer can also be set to configure pause times. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
