HINO-TEC's plate heat exchangers consist of two metal plates pressed into a cross-wave shape and seam-welded together to form a set. These sets are combined in groups ranging from several to hundreds and housed within an outer frame via expansion joints at both ends, creating a direct flow and counterflow heat exchanger that prevents mixing of the two fluids.
