The "GRL Screen" is a replacement for conventional high-mesh screening machines, efficiently separating fine residues contained in starch milk. A conical drum with a high-mesh wire net is positioned horizontally and rotates at an appropriate speed, while clean water is sprayed from a washing nozzle onto the inside of the net, separating the starch milk and fine residues. Furthermore, high-pressure cleaning devices on both the inside and outside of the net drum allow for cleaning during operation.
