The high-pressure cleaning system inside and outside the mesh drum allows for cleaning of the mesh even during operation, which can reduce labor costs. 【Structure】 This machine features a conical drum with a wire mesh that rotates horizontally at high speed, screening starch milk and residue while spraying clean water from a cleaning nozzle onto the inside of the mesh. The raw milk is fed through a fixed feed pipe inside the hollow main shaft and charged through the small diameter outlet of the conical drum. Here, the raw milk is pressed against the wire mesh by strong centrifugal force, causing the starch residue to slide along the inside of the mesh and move towards the larger diameter side while being separated into starch milk and residue, which is finally discharged from the larger diameter side of the conical drum. By installing a protective mesh on the inside of the main shaft wire mesh, the removal and attachment of the wire mesh becomes easier, and the risk of damage to the mesh is reduced.
