Oil can be used for a long time in a clean state as long as it is managed properly.
The electrostatic oil cleaning machine "EDC" can be used for a long time in a clean state by removing contaminants from operating oil and cleaning oil while dissolving them through electrostatic power. This significantly extends the life of the oil, reduces industrial waste, lessens environmental impact, and allows for cost reduction. By keeping the oil in a clean state, it can theoretically be used indefinitely. The electrostatic oil cleaning machine has a remarkable cleaning capability, with a track record of 15 years of operation without oil replacement and no failures.

basic information
The electrostatic oil cleaning machine "EDC" captures submicron particles such as oxidation byproducts and dust. The thickness of the lubricating oil film is about 1μ, and the debris that directly affects wear is small, less than 1μ. However, such fine metallic wear particles act as catalysts for oil oxidation, creating a resin-like sludge that does not dissolve in oil. This sludge causes issues such as valve malfunction, clogging of strainers and filters, attachment to coolers that worsens heat exchange, increases oil temperature, decreases viscosity, and leads to lubrication failures and oil leaks. The "EDC" not only cleans the oil but also gradually dissolves contaminants that have already adhered to the walls of tanks, pipes, and the interior of valves into the oil over time, slowly cleaning the inside of the machinery. It prevents and removes the accumulation of oil sludge inside hydraulic tanks. This significantly extends the life of the oil, reduces industrial waste (oil), and enables environmental impact reduction and cost savings.

Applications/Examples of results
- Removal of fine contaminants that could not be eliminated by conventional filters or magnets - Significant reduction in machine troubles - No clogging of filters - Reduction in power consumption of hydraulic pumps - Removal of oil residue stuck to solenoid valves - Dramatic extension of oil lifespan, leading to a significant decrease in oil changes
Company information
Since its establishment in 1958, the company has focused on industrial paints and fine chemical products. In 1964, it established Minami-Shin Custom Co., Ltd. (now CC-G Co., Ltd.) as a research factory, where it accumulated knowledge and built expertise in specialized areas by using its own products. This accumulated know-how has been recognized, leading to an expansion of the market throughout Nagano Prefecture, while simultaneously, customer requests have become increasingly diverse. The fine chemical sector, including industrial chemicals and chemical products, has evolved to include high-tech materials such as electronic materials, as well as efficient production and recycling systems to handle them. The establishment of a consistent supply system for hazardous and highly toxic materials, as well as the addition of functions for paint color matching, has also been driven by customer needs. Additionally, in response to requests from local customers, the company has ventured into construction fields utilizing chemical methods and chemical construction materials, demonstrating an advisory function from a comprehensive perspective that differs from traditional trading companies.
