The "Lesta LEBOT MV A6," a painting robot specialized in coatings developed in Italy, the country of craftsmanship, is capable of handling all types of spray painting, including powder coating, solvent-based, and water-based paints. As a result, anyone with knowledge of these painting techniques can easily perform teaching tasks with this first-ever painting robot in Japan. The main attraction of this painting robot is its ability to instantly reproduce painting trajectories copied in real-time. This feature is made possible by the unique "self-learning" technology, which allows it to learn and reproduce not only the painting trajectory but also the ON and OFF actions of paint discharge. With this functionality, the programming skills that were previously necessary are no longer required. Additionally, unlike painting robots that adopt the "direct teaching" method available domestically, during the teaching process, the power and joints are completely disconnected. Therefore, in a lightweight state that does not convey the weight of the arm, it allows operators to conduct teaching tasks without interference, making it the first painting robot of its kind in Japan.

Conventional hydrocarbon-based cleaning agents have primarily been used for removing dirt from oil-based cutting oils, press oils, and rust-preventive oils. When it comes to removing dirt from water-soluble cutting oils and abrasives, hydrocarbon-based cleaning agents do not mix with water, necessitating separate "cleaning in a water-soluble cleaning tank" and "pre-treatment to replace water," which complicates the entire cleaning process, typically requiring five steps. The product 'NC Zole Premium' was developed in response to customer requests to "reduce this complicated cleaning process." NC Zole Premium is a completely new hydrocarbon-based cleaning agent developed with a unique composition that differs from conventional paraffin and naphthene-based agents, based on 'ethyl lactate,' which is used for precision cleaning in industries such as semiconductors, and has safety and management aspects, as well as a composition that accommodates both oil and water. The base ethyl lactate has high solubility and easily dissolves in water, making it compatible with water-soluble dirt, allowing for the removal of dirt with a single solution regardless of whether it is water-soluble or oil-based, thus eliminating the need for the two steps of "cleaning in a water-soluble cleaning tank" and "pre-treatment to replace water." As a result, it significantly shortens the cleaning process while achieving high-quality cleaning due to its high solubility. Additionally, this product is currently pending patent application.

In the event of unpredictable natural disasters, securing "water" becomes an extremely important issue in medical activities. In particular, the reliable cleaning process of medical devices is directly linked to patient safety, and it is essential to maintain that quality under any circumstances. "PureMed Aqua-R" is a medical-grade water purification device designed to ensure that the cleaning of medical devices does not stop even during disasters. It purifies various raw water sources, such as firewater tanks, ponds, and pools, into "pure water" using a high-performance system that combines reverse osmosis membranes (RO membranes) and activated carbon adsorption towers. It is designed to be easily transportable with a cart and has obtained reliable evidence guaranteeing stable water quality. PureMed Aqua-R supports the reprocessing of medical devices while maintaining high cleanliness even in emergencies, contributing to the maximization of medical activities.

Are you struggling with "hard-to-remove" residues unique to medical settings? Residues such as alginate impression materials, dental cements, adhesives, and oil-based marker stains can be difficult to remove with regular cleaning, placing a significant burden on reprocessing and posing challenges to maintaining cleanliness. "ORANGE SOLVENT" is a special cleaner for medical instruments and equipment surfaces, primarily composed of natural orange oil. It can be used as is without dilution, and despite being alkaline and free of surfactants, it demonstrates remarkable cleaning power with just a small amount. It effectively removes stubborn residues in a short time and is also ideal as a pre-treatment before the main cleaning process in washer disinfectors. By introducing ORANGE SOLVENT, you can significantly reduce the time and effort required for cleaning, achieving more reliable cleanliness and efficient equipment management.

In the preliminary cleaning of medical instruments and equipment after use, "dry adhesion of dirt" and "spread of contamination" are significant challenges that complicate subsequent cleaning processes and increase risks for staff. Particularly when there is time before the main cleaning, dry adhesion can become a cause of residual contamination. "PreFoam Enzyme" is a new spray-type preliminary cleaning agent that protects medical instruments and equipment from dry adhesion for up to 96 hours with just a single spray, preventing the spread of contamination and the formation of biofilms. The formulated "foam enzyme" begins to break down proteins and organic contaminants as soon as it comes into contact with the instruments. It can also be directly introduced into washer disinfectors, potentially eliminating the need for manual cleaning, significantly contributing to the efficiency of the cleaning process. Would you like to innovate your hospital's medical instrument reprocessing operations with PreFoam Enzyme, which simultaneously ensures staff safety, improves cleaning quality, and reduces working time?

Have you ever thought, "Is this really perfect?" regarding the reprocessing and cleanliness of medical instruments and equipment after washing? Especially with complex-shaped instruments and internal cavities, pathogenic residual proteins that cannot be seen with the naked eye may remain, which not only reduces the effectiveness of subsequent final processing but also poses a risk to patient safety. "ProReveal" is a groundbreaking system that can visualize pathogenic residual proteins after washing within the hospital for the first time in the world. This patented technology detects even minute proteins at the nanogram level within just 4 minutes by simply spraying a special fluorescent solution, accurately displaying their location and quantity in 3D visuals. This allows for the identification of difficult-to-clean areas and enables objective understanding and improvement of issues in the cleaning process. With ProReveal, based on the most reliable fluorescent inspection method in European research, why not dramatically enhance the "cleanliness guarantee" in your hospital's medical instrument reprocessing and achieve the highest level of medical safety?

In the thermal disinfection process of medical instruments and equipment using a washer-disinfector, do you have concerns about whether "the set temperature and time are truly being achieved?" If this critical process is insufficient, it directly leads to safety risks for healthcare professionals and patients. The "Integron Multi-Parameter Indicator IT27W for Thermal Disinfection Process Verification" accurately responds to the two essential parameters of "temperature" and "time," which are crucial for thermal disinfection, visually proving that the thermal disinfection process has been successfully completed. This product complies with the Ao values defined by international standards ISO 15883-1 and 15883-2 (such as Ao value of 600 at 90°C for 1 minute). The color change of the special ink (from green to purple) allows for instant and objective confirmation of the achievement of thermal disinfection without using electronic thermometers. It also contributes to the early detection of troubles or deviations in the temperature sensors of the washer-disinfector. Please make use of this product to ensure the safe assembly of medical instruments and equipment, enhancing confidence and reliability in the final processing.

In the reprocessing of medical instruments and equipment, doesn't the current cleaning indicator leave a fundamental question: "Is dirt really removed from every corner of the instrument?" The invisible dirt on complex-shaped instruments and equipment significantly affects the effectiveness of subsequent final processing. The cleaning evaluation indicator "Josafe CCI" breaks away from conventional concepts and was born as a "third cleaning indicator" that correlates with actual contaminants. With a design similar to that of small steel items, it allows for easy evaluation from confirming the functionality of washer disinfectors to validating the cleanliness of difficult-to-clean areas, such as the box lock parts of delicate instruments. Especially when combined with the "Residual Protein Wipe Checker PRO1 MICRO," it enables objective and comprehensive "cleanliness assurance." By introducing this new indicator, the reliability of the cleaning process will dramatically improve, elevating your hospital's medical safety management system to the next level. Please add "peace of mind" to your daily cleaning operations with Josafe CCI.
