The product 'NC Zole Premium' was developed in response to customer requests to "reduce this complicated cleaning process." NC Zole Premium is a completely new hydrocarbon-based cleaning agent developed with a unique composition that differs from conventional paraffin and naphthene-based agents, based on 'ethyl lactate,' which is used for precision cleaning in industries such as semiconductors, and has safety and management aspects, as well as a composition that accommodates both oil and water. The base ethyl lactate has high solubility and easily dissolves in water, making it compatible with water-soluble dirt, allowing for the removal of dirt with a single solution regardless of whether it is water-soluble or oil-based, thus eliminating the need for the two steps of "cleaning in a water-soluble cleaning tank" and "pre-treatment to replace water." As a result, it significantly shortens the cleaning process while achieving high-quality cleaning due to its high solubility. Additionally, this product is currently pending patent application.
