Total support for outsourcing jig stripping! What led to the achievement of reducing the defect rate by over 10% while improving efficiency?
**Customer's Concerns** - The removal of coatings from jigs used in the powder coating line is done in-house using hammers and pliers. - Work efficiency is poor. - Remaining paint film that cannot be removed leads to defects. **NCC's Proposal** By outsourcing the manual removal process, we propose stable jig management through regular removal, improved removal quality, and enhanced work efficiency. **Implementation Effects and Feedback** - Significant reduction in labor costs. - Improved work efficiency. - No defects due to falling paint film, resulting in a reduction of defective products by over 10%. - Jigs that were previously discarded due to inability to remove coatings can now be reused. - Total cost reduction in the jig removal process.

basic information
【Service Details】 Utilizing our free consultation for stripping, we started to confirm the stripping process and investigate the factors causing a decrease in work efficiency. Powder coating results in a thick coating with just one application, so it is necessary to regularly strip the jigs. However, in the same factory, this was done whenever the responsible person had free time, which took over two hours to strip about 100 jigs. Therefore, we proposed "outsourcing the jig stripping" to eliminate the manual stripping process and reduce the defect rate through complete stripping. To alleviate concerns about costs and quality associated with outsourcing, we provided free stripping samples in advance and conducted a cost comparison between in-house production and outsourcing.

Since its establishment in 1958, the company has focused on industrial paints and fine chemical products. In 1964, it established Minami-Shin Custom Co., Ltd. (now CC-G Co., Ltd.) as a research factory, where it accumulated knowledge and built expertise in specialized areas by using its own products. This accumulated know-how has been recognized, leading to an expansion of the market throughout Nagano Prefecture, while simultaneously, customer requests have become increasingly diverse. The fine chemical sector, including industrial chemicals and chemical products, has evolved to include high-tech materials such as electronic materials, as well as efficient production and recycling systems to handle them. The establishment of a consistent supply system for hazardous and highly toxic materials, as well as the addition of functions for paint color matching, has also been driven by customer needs. Additionally, in response to requests from local customers, the company has ventured into construction fields utilizing chemical methods and chemical construction materials, demonstrating an advisory function from a comprehensive perspective that differs from traditional trading companies.
